For the second straight year top volleyball players from Japan participated at the Hawaii Volleyball Combine.

6 Players from Japan attended the Combine

OHCA Global Support brings top prep volleyball players from Japan to the Hawaii Volleyball Combine. OHCA brings players that want to go to college in America.

Sachi Miyake of OHCA Global Support is instrumental in providing this great international opportunity for these players. Miyake, a Japan Native and formerly with Mikasa Volleyball in California, attended the 7th Annual Hawaii Volleyball Combine and was impressed and knew that top volleyball players from Japan could benefit by attending the event. Fast forward to 2017 when Miyake left Mikasa and she and partners created OHCA Global Support to provide international volleyball opportunities for Japanese volleyball players. Last year, OHCA brought 3 players to the 8th Annual Hawaii Volleyball Combine and 6 this year. Next year, OHCA is hoping to bring 10 players to the combine. The Japan players are very skilled and have received offers and interest and 2 Japanese combine alumni are now playing collegiate volleyball as a result of offers at the combine.
